Hallways smelled of weed even though the front desk was very stern about no smoking in the rooms and the areas outside were covered in dog poop from the owners not cleaning it up.

Despite checking in at 8 p.m. and the room was not ready yet. The touch surfaces in the room were clean but the walls were not (wall beside toilet had brown streaking??). Staff were friendly and efficient however they were loud - could hear them loudly talking to each other as they were cleaning the room across the hall from me at 7 a.m. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable.

The property needs updating, deep cleaning and multiple minor repairs needed both inside and out. The mattresses in our original room, 139, were worn out and should be replaced. There is mildew above the shower in this room also, which I made the desk staff aware of. The staff notified us of a leak that affected our room while we were out, and we were moved to room 138 (which was in much better condition than 139). Although the facility was worn, the staff were very courteous and attentive.
