Two broken exhaust fans very noisy. Clothes dryer with lint and sand. Dishwasher with broken glass. Handbasins drain slowly and bubbles up with soap. Lots on incomplete sets and junk in kitchen pantry. Non-stick fry pans all very scratched and need replacing. Broken vacuum cleaner. Fly screens very dirty. Backyard has lumps of cement on lawn. Basically lacks simple maintenance by someone who cares about presentation and standards.

Lots of space, large bedrooms, plus multiple bathrooms and sitting areas. Peaceful part of Albany with main street walking distance away.

Hot water system very noisy when in lower bedrooms Kettle had water left in and was dirty. We bought vinegar to descale and leave clean for next guest.

Love the reclining seats and the cleanliness of the property! Thank you for hosting us! :) Parking 2 cars was a little difficult at the property, we preferred to just park along other houses, about 10m walk away which wasn't a big issue!
