I liked the Ray Charles plaza across the street and the service was really great. Lashawnda at breakfast was so friendly and welcoming. I will stay here again.

My room was not serviced properly on the second night of our stay. Towels were not replaced and there was a large amount of dirt lien left in our room. I called the front desk to alert them of my concerns and the gentleman working at the front desk was rude and short with me about my concerns. I took pics of the room and the condition that my room was left. Very unprofessional and dismissive. The restaurant and servers are awesome

The staff was so helpful and nice when ever we had a question or needed assistance. Nice lobby area with a bar, food service and fun atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Albany.

I would say this is one of the nicest hotels in Albany. It was very convenient because it was right next to the venue where my high school reunion was. The staff was very personable and friendly and professional. I would stay here again.
