I loved the clean room, the pool and vending area was nicely stocked. The receptionists were wonderful ladies and helped me get a ride to and from the bus station with hotel transportation. I checked out the bar and the bartender was amazing and the food was good.

It’s in a good location. Staff at front desk are rigid & unfriendly. AC did not work throughout an entire weekend long dance completion event. Mouse ran through the women’s Hair/Make-up room. Bathtub in room didn’t drain when shower was used. Nice restaurant & bar staff and food was fairly good. I would not stay again.

You have to pay for the hotel parking lot or use the street parking which is meter parking that starts at 8am. There are 2 different breakfast area, one is continental and one is buffet. The property is at a great location.

My day was great roughly around 6 PM is when lobby and foot traffic got very busy. I would say it wasn’t fully staffed due to it only being less than three people upfront not sure if that’s normal but they definitely met. Everyone needs a goddamn checked in and or helped them with the shuttle. Bell service was great. I am from down south and I could say this was good hospitality from New Yorkers.

It was a great place but the mattress was a little firmer than we like. It was clean. The air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room as much as it should have. We had to pay extra for breakfast and for parking.
