The halls smell like weed, and the exterior of the hotel resembles a DMV office. The pool was OK, and seemed to be maintained. The rooms were reasonably comfortable. I called the front desk and asked to have my room cleaned. The desk clerk replied, "Again??!!" . Unreal. DO NOT choose this hotel for the free "breakfast". The breakfast room was hot and stuffy. the coffee was bitter and horrible. There was a gross waffle maker with "waffle batter" all over it. Cold cereal, small yogurt cups, some refirgerated bagels. That's about it. If you need a place to stay for a night or two this would be OK, but I suggest you stay in your room.

It’s an old building that probably hasn’t been renovated since the 80’s, so it lacks the amenities of modern places - but that aligns with the lower price. Room was spacious and bed comfortable enough. It would be nice, however, if they replaced the old carpets or made more effort to mitigate the stagnant/smoky odor from the rooms. My issue is that the room given to me hadn’t been cleaned - still had all the trash and dirty laundry in it from the previous occupants. The staff were nice enough, and gave me a new room, but having to spend an extra 15-20min sorting that out is the last thing you want to do late at night after a long day of travel.
