“The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. The pictures on the website were nothing like the apartment which was tired and needs updating.
