This is a dog-friendly hotel, and the staff are very nice. It is promoted as a 4-star hotel and it really isn't. Decor is from the 1990s, the lobby is dark, the rings, while large, feel very stark. It's just not a great feeling. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations from neighbouring rooms.

Si bien es cierto que el hotel está un poquito viejo, también es verdad que las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, con todos los servicios, limpio y con un servicio muy amable. La ubicación es excepcional para ir andando desde la estación de AVE y el lado del centro (calle Mayor, plaza del Altozano…) e incluso a 15 minutos de la feria si vas en septiembre
