It was a modern hotel. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The best part was the water pressure and hot water in the shower. The front desk was helpful in arranging a taxi and giving suggestions for touring the city.

Good quality hotel close to the old town.

Only disappointing is Taxi service ( It’s not hotel owned) this specific driver he ripped us of took advantage of Tourist and over charged, taking Taxi please check your distance and ask up front to ensure they charging fair, Thanks.

The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and more! Starting at the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant, to our cappuccino lady at breakfast, our maid service, and the free parking! Callisano delivers a good old fashioned experience. Renovating the restaurant would not be bad for the overall impression. It is clean however is more like a mess hall.

Incredibly helpful staff from the moment I booked on-line to the check-out process! They really went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and had no issues along the way. Shortly after I booked, I received a phone call from the hotel to ask if I had any questions and to clarify what type of room I needed (I was traveling with my family including two children). They proactively sent a map of the area and suggested making dinner reservations in advance due to the busy nature of the restaurants in the area. The hotel was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The rooms (we had adjoining rooms) were spacious enough for our family to not be crowded. The hotel is situated nicely in a quiet area that is still very walkable to the main part of town with all of the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Alba and would highly recommend the hotel.
