Pool was closed when asked about it upon arrival. Probably due to lower season but no info regarding it. After some discussion they agreed we could use the jacuzzi in the spa for one hour. Sofa bed was a disaster, too small for two ppl and crooked/broken. Would need a general renovation or touch up. Used valet service, no problems. Have to highlight the fantastic breakfast and amazing view from the room balcony.

Hotel affacciato su una delle migliori spiagge di Alassio con bagno privato con ottimo servizio di ristorazione sulla spiaggia. Struttura ben tenuta, camere non grandi ma confortevoli, sopratutto il letto, ed abbastanza silenziose.ottima colazione e personale attento e gentile oltre che molto disponibile. Sicuramente è un ottimo soggiorno comodo e piacevole quindi sicuramente consigliato.

Hôtel très bien situé avec une superbe vue. Très jolie chambre cependant le canapé lit est vraiment à revoir, le matelas est minuscule et l’épaisseur du matelas convient uniquement à un enfant vraiment petit. Je trouve ça un peu limite pour un 4 étoiles. Idem pour la piscine qui est payant 10€ par personne. A part cela très bon petit déjeuner et super emplacement.

Das Hotel war überbucht. Schliesslich bekam ich dann doch noch ein schönes renoviertes Zimmer mit Meersicht. Frühstück sehr schön am Strand draussen. Grosse Auswahl an frischen Früchten und Kuchen. Leider nur das italienisch typische Papierbrot (Weissbrot). Pool und Spa muss extra bezahlt werden

Katia at the front desk was great! My minimal use of Italian was fine because she spoke excellent English to explain check-in and the hotel's services. The room was well appointed and balcony overlooking the beach perfect! Hotel seemed to cater to older folks and repeat guests which was fine because we wanted a quiet spot and this was the place. Great location and walking distance to everything in Alassio. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, lunch at the beach restaurant quick, relaxing and delicious, and all the hotel and restaurant staff were very nice and accommodating. Noticed other guest reviews complaining about having to pay for beach chairs & umbrellas - knowing that is how it works in Italy that didn't bother us. Its an optional service. We had only intended on staying one night but luckily Katia found us accommodations for the second night, despite hotel being sold out on line. I highly recommend this property for a great stay in Alassio!
