Hotel war zu, ohne uns zu informieren!

Als wir ankamen, war das Hotel komplett geschlossen. Erst durch Herumfragen in benachbarten Geschaeften haben wir erfahren, dass man vermutlich unsere Buchung an ein benachbartes Hotel uebergeben hat. So war es dann auch. Aber alles ohne uns zu informieren! Misserable Leistung des Hotels. Das Hotel, das uns dann aufgenommen hat (Diamore) war sehr gut. Mit dem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden

Housekeeping non existent

When booked daily housekeeping was listed. During our 5 night stay beds were done just once. When asked staff said beds would be made tomorrow not the day we asked.

Udmærket hotel til prisen. Rigtig godt til gæster der er meget ude da der desværre ikke var meget sol i pool området men tæt på stranden så det kan man se bort fra.

Hade All-inclusive. Kunde inte äta alla måltider, om inte det fanns lediga bord utomhus. Kunde inte ligga vid poolen på solstolarna. Är katt allergiker, och katter fanns det överallt. Katthår på varenda stol. Borde stå i hotellbeskrivningen att det finns katter där. Fler än jag borde ha detta problem.

En kjempefin uke på Karat hotell

Har vært på flere all-inclusive hotell, men ingen slår Karat hotell. Kjempegod mat og drikke hele uka. Deilig basseng. Trivelige ansatte.
