We stayed in total for 12 nights and were generally impressed by the hotel and believed that they are doing the wyndham brand proud and for sure exceeding the days inn brand. Everything was clean and if there was ever an issue (inevitably there are with hotels stays) they were always sorted out. The staff were helpful and friendly. I can't remember all the names of the reception staff but haroon on the night shift and saba who helped us alot. Roza was also helpful. There were two female staff members who were also very professional but I can't remember their names. Overall the hotel definitely did the wyndham and days inn brand proud.

Exceptional value. Quality building with quality furnishing. Very clean relative to most hotels I've stayed in Turkey. Can be a bit noisy with the roadside rooms and mall music in the background. Coffee would be a nice addition to breakfast.

Good located. Good car parking. But the rooms need to get repaired. Shower is not working correct. Kitchen doesn’t have any clean or good stuff to use. We were buying from market plastic mugs. 😂😂😂😂 Staff at reception are very nice and polite. But cleaning is terrible. We stayed 7 days they cleaned the room 1 time. Same blanket same pillow they just made it look better 😂😂😂 we had to call reception for toilet papper several times. Also for towel. The girl in reception was so nice that she came her self with towels and toilet paper several times. The cleaning lady is just coming cleaning floor leaving towels 1 time in 3 days. So we had to call reception everyday for new towels 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 at the hotel app it say check out 12:30 but if you ask them it’s 12:00 and 1 hour for late check out cost 10 euro. I hope they fixe this things it have a very good location they should work on the cleaning and room quality

Yorumlara güvenip gittik, odayı büyüklüğünü, rahatlığını da beğendik fakat yatağı kontrol ettiğimizde şok olduk. Yatağın her tarafı kıl doluydu, kendileri özür dileyip farklı odaya aldılar fakat o odanın da yatağı yine aynı şekilde kıl içindeydi. Akşam geç saat olduğu için çalışan yalnızca 1 kişi vardı ve ne kadar elinden geldiği kadar yardımcı olsa da zorlandı. Mecburiyetten olur dedik, bir şekilde kullandık. Bizim şansımıza böyle denk geldiğini ummak istiyorum. Zira büyük rezalet yaşadık. Bunun haricinde yatak rahat, odanın geri kalanı temiz ve büyüktü.

3-4 saat erken geldiğim halde odamı teslim aldım yardımcı oldular. Çok güler yüzlüler çok ilgililer. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve tüm ürünler çok lezzetli ve kaliteli. Bir sorun olduğunda anında teknik servis gönderiyorlar. resepsiyon her zaman aktif. Oda temizliği her gün aktif olarak yapılıyor herşey mükemmel ve sıkıntısız. Alt kat avm herşey elinizin altında.
