I absolutely love coming to Bera hotel this was my 5th visit. Everything is in the hotel that you could think of. The family pool is so good. Iram,Aya,Mustafa and Zubeyda arw so helpful. Any problem and there would sort it out straight away. I highly recommend this hotel. I am looking forward to coming next year again with more family inshallah.

This is my 5th visit to this hotel and this time i took some family with me. We all loved it. There is so much to do at the hotel that you would not get bored. At the front desk Iram and Aya was so helpful. Zubeyda was so helpful aswell.In the food court Mustafa made sure we had everything as we knew him from Algora hotel that was so helpful

Best hotel

The service at this hotel is good. This was my 5th visit. Iram,Aya and zubeyda were very helpful. If we had any problems there would help straight away. In the food court mustafa was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing holiday. So much to do that you don't have to spend money and go out to do stuff.

We have visited Bera hotel 5 times and every visit is brilliant. We took some family with us this time and there loved it. There said there would always stick to a halal hotel. So much to do and the kids loved it. With my family booking Iram and Aya have us a upgrade and the loved the family rooms. Zubeyda was always around to help us with stuff. Mustafa in the food court was very helpful at dinner time. All 3 of our familys will be visiting next year again and inshallah we will be having more family coming with us. I do think the price in August is very high and that should be looked at.

Very nice resort.

This is a nice resort with a lot of pools with mixed and seperate facilities for families, men, and women, and very clean. I would gladly come again. The range of food on offer is at first overwhelming but eventually a foodies dream. The turkish/mediterranean deserts are the best compared to the cakes and bakes on offer. The staff don't speak much English though and we were lucky to have found Wasiq who showed us around the resort to whom I spoke to mostly in Urdu and some English who then put us at ease. Just remember that even though the advert says All-inclusive, games such as bowling, arcades, and other gaming provisions for children are extra. They even have a little animal farm wher you can see some animals for animal lovers. 👍

das Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett, das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Leider war eine Dame im "Müşteri Ilişkiler"sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Die Lifeguard am Strand ist top, sie macht ihre Arbeit mit Leib und Seele.Man hat dich sicher gefühlt, da sie sehr aufmerksam ist.Das Meer war sehr wellig und auch sehr dreckig.Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, was uns sehr gestört hat, war die Lautstärke durch die Musik und auch die Kinder. Ich als Lehrerin empfand es sehr laut und störend, schließlich möchte man im Urlaub sich auch ausruhen.

Es ist ein schönes All-Inclusive Hotel, mit großen geräumigen Zimmern. Die Ankunft war etwas problematisch, da es keine Parkplätze gab und sich keiner direkt um uns gekümmert hat. Das Entertainment war abwechslungsreich und sehr kinderfreundlich. Vorallem der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist mit der Einrichtung wundervoll. Die Mitarbeiterinnen, vorallem Suna waren sehr energievoll und haben gute Laune verbreitet. Wir würden ziemlich sicher erneut kommen.

Super Hotel, die Essensauswahl war groß und es war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist vom Antalya Flughafen etwas weiter weg, ca. 1 1/2 stunden. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber im etwas älteren Stil eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich für Frauen ist sauber und schön auf dem Dach. Der Strand ist auch im Hotel direkt drinne und die Nightshows am Abend waren auch cool. Allem in allem super Preis Leistungsverhältniss

Mir hat das Hotel sehr gefallen. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt und die Auswahl war riesig. Es wurde sehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet und das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel bietet sich zum entspannen super an, da nach 23 Uhr meistens nichts mehr los ist. Ich hätte mir da nur mehr was für jüngere Leute gewünscht, die nicht direkt früher schlafen gehen wollen. Aber sonst kann ich es jeden weiterempfehlen 👍

en god oplevelse som sluttede dårlig

Dejlig modtagelse og dejlig ophold som desværre blev ødelagt i sidste øjeblik af hotels leder. vi skulle check ud kl 11:00, men kl 09:00 blev vi forstyrret af rengøringsdamen som spurgte pænt om vi er klar til at forlade værelserne. jeg forsøgte at informere hende at vi har værelserne til kl 11:00 men hun blev stående og ventede udenfor og bankede på efter 10 minutter. jeg gik ned til ledelsen og klagede. blev mødt af en meget respektløs leder som talte på en nedladende attitude og sagde at det var normal at rengøringsdammen spørge om i er klar til at gå kl 09:00. Det kaldte han for "service". Efter en ubehagelig samtale valgte jeg at gå og fortalte ham at det bliver sidste gang jeg sætter min fødder på Bera Hotel. Til det sagde han very good. igen respektløs person. Den tidligere leder under tidligere ophold kom selv til gæsterne og spurgte om alt var ok. Denne gang er det et andet menneske som jeg ikke ønsker at se igen. så jeg vælger et andet hotel næste gang.
