Our stay

This hotel is comfortable, friendly and relaxing. Great pool and spa area and food is very good. Very child friendly which was great for us with a 10 year old and an infant. Distance from slopes was a little frustrating as there was no hotel shuttle service so we had to use the scheduled local bus service. All in all if you have kids and want to do some relaxed skiing for a few hours a day followed by a relaxed swim with the kids this hotel is ideal.

Ecco una recensione equilibrata, che valorizza i punti di forza ma segnala con chiarezza gli aspetti migliorabili. Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Mirtillo Rosso e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il vero punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio lo staff: eccezionale dal primo all’ultimo. Tutti si sono dimostrati professionali, disponibili, sorridenti e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. È uno di quei servizi che fanno davvero la differenza e che meritano un sincero ringraziamento. Proprio perché la struttura ha un grande potenziale, ci sono però alcuni aspetti che, a mio avviso, meriterebbero maggiore attenzione. Il primo riguarda la ristorazione. La cucina non è all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle e, soprattutto, non rispecchia il livello dei prezzi proposti. Se si considera il rapporto tra costo dei piatti e qualità delle portate, il valore percepito risulta inferiore alle aspettative. In particolare, i risotti sono decisamente da rivedere. Anche il buffet potrebbe essere valorizzato maggiormente con prodotti di qualità superiore e una scelta più ampia di bevande fresche, come centrifugati, spremute e aranciate di livello. Tengo comunque a precisare che questo è l’unico aspetto dell’hotel che mi ha lasciato perplesso. Un secondo punto riguarda la SPA. I massaggi sono eseguiti da personale molto preparato e competente, ma le cabine non sono adeguatamente insonorizzate. Durante il trattamento si percepiscono chiaramente rumori e conversazioni

Abbiamo soggiornato al Mirtillo Rosso NH Collection per una settimana, due adulti e una bimba di due anni, e possiamo dire senza esitazione che è un piccolo angolo di paradiso. La nostra camera era spaziosa e molto curata, dotata di tutto il necessario anche per i più piccoli: culla, fasciatoio e mangiapannolini. Un’attenzione ai dettagli che abbiamo apprezzato fin dal primo momento, così come il regalo di benvenuto per la nostra bimba. La struttura è perfettamente organizzata per le famiglie. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla grande attenzione riservata alle intolleranze alimentari. Lodevole anche l’attenzione alle esigenze dei bambini. Durante i pasti erano disponibili bavaglini, piatti, posate e bicchieri dedicati ai più piccoli. Sono presenti un baby club e un servizio di babysitting, con spazi dedicati ai bambini. Bellissima anche l’area benessere, suddivisa tra zona adulti e zona famiglie. Le piscine interne ed esterne sono splendide e adatte anche ai più piccoli, con un’area dedicata e uno scivolo. All’esterno c’è un piccolo parco giochi immerso nel verde. La hall è elegante e accogliente, con un piacevole servizio bar dove rilassarsi. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre cordiale, professionale e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Una menzione d’onore alle guide di Mirtillo, Gabriele e Davide, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Grazie anche a tutte le babysitter, in particolare a Cassandra e M.Letizia.

Cosa mi è piaciuto: personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, camere pulite, moderne e ben arredate. Struttura molto bella che unisce il moderno allo stile montagna e family hotel. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: ristorante, cibo mediocre non da quattro stelle. Altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è la musica ad alto volume sulla terrazza dell’hotel per l`aperitivo delle 19:00. Mi spiace ma era veramente fuori luogo per un hotel di montagna dove la gente cerca pace e silenzio - in generale non se ne può più di albergatori e ristoratori con casse sparate a tutto volume all’aperto, una mancanza di delicatezza nei confronti sia degli ospiti che del quartiere stesso. Un vero peccato.

Struttura impeccabile, dallo staff alle camere, dalla colazione alla Spa, dai servizi offerti agli adulti a quelli per i bimbi: semplicemente tutto spettacolare!! Unico piccolo neo, non sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto dal cibo del ristorante, ma sono certo che visti i cambiamenti in atto sia solo una questione "passeggera". Do comunque pieni voti, se li merita tutti!

Schönes modernes Hotel, hell modern und freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber, tolle Dusche! Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Der einzige Negativpunkt war, dass es unter der Woche zum Abendessen kein Buffet gab sondern nur zwei Menüs zur Auswahl (und manche Gerichte waren zwar landestypisch aber gewöhnungsbedürftig). Allerdings waren wir auch außerhalb der Saison im Hotel und es war nicht voll belegt.

Otroligt bra service och mycket fint spa. Bra garage och skidrum. Bussen till liften gick tyvärr för sällan så det hade varit bra med Shuttle. Maten mycket god men kunde göra det lite mysigare i matsalen men som sagt nytt och otroligt trevlig personal.

The hotel is great. It is 10mins drive from the ski station but the local bus takes 30mins to get there and parking at the ski slopes involves a long walk to the lift. If they can organise a better way to access the slopes we would be booking a return trip straight away.
