“Room carpets were dirty and stained. No toothpaste or brush available. The included breakfast was not fresh for the 4 days I was there. Lobby and restaurant was nice. When I checked out, I got a text about muddy hand towel that I have to pay. Not sure why it can't be washed and why after leaving am I made aware. I am still trying to clarify of i need to pay for it and how but have not heard back”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was excellent, and everything was convenient and easy to access. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would be happy to stay here again.”

“Nice room and clean. Bed was VERY hard. There was shower and bath in room, but shower not working, so forced to take bath. View directly on wall, that close that room was bit dark. On 1 occasion housekeeping forgot to clean room. Quite central and convenient located. Staff friendly. Fridge and safety box in room. Nice gym. Nice cleanpool; as sun didn’t reach it it was surprisingly cool. Could do with thinner duvet as now at night ongoing pretty loud airco required.”

“The hotel is conveniently located near the embassies, which is a major advantage. However, the property is in need of maintenance and renovation. Upon entering our room, we noticed an unpleasant, musty smell that made the room feel old and poorly maintained.”

“Temp control didn’t work. AC was either full blast at lowest temp or off Only one power outlet and usb charging ports were broken Housekeeping done only twice during a 9 day stay, despite multiple requests Housekeeping would not remove dirty dishes from room service or replace dirty coffee mug during stay Room key had to be reprogrammed every day”
