“Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. My kids tried to go in there but again it was way...

“The staff was excellent and friendly. Very supportive people. Very clean facility. Allowed early check in 8 hours early with no charge. Fantastic experience. Only problem was the distance from the city. But with the price in comparison to other hotels compensates for the same. It’s great place to be. ”
