“First try to charge me an early check-in when hotel is totally empty, then ask a 100 dhs security deposit for the room (for what, he couldn't tell....). Totally run down hotel, weird communication under 2 different names (Palette Marina View and Happy Days). Rooms are old, but spacious and clean, very nice Seaview from higher floors, but night club in the hotel, extremely noisy from 10pm till 2am. It was ok for a short business trip, but definitely not a place to rest...”

“Not enough clean, also noisy. Windows very derty from outsiide.”

“Mucho ruido de noche, música alta de noche. Las fotos del hotel publicadas parecen mucho mejor que la realidad. El desayuno es muy pobre y no corresponden a un hotel de 4 estrellas. ”

“لاينفع نهائيا للعائلة المنطقة سيئة مرتادي الفندق غير جيدين الاستقلال والموظفين بمزاج سيء جداً جداً”

“The hotel feels like a scammer. The number they have on Google is out of service and the map location takes you to a wrong direction. When I found the hotel they told me they are fully booked although I already made and fully paid my room on Expedia. They solution the gave me is to sleep in a very dirty store room when I have paid 80$ for the room. I had a fight with them and I forced them to give me back my money IN CASH”

“The hotel is very good value for money the staff were exceptional the locals was very very good the only thing i would say its need to be more cleaner alot more cleaner, one thing to note the room were huge”
