Good service, good food.

I messed up our reservation and Aingle (?) and Ahmed fixed it and got me a room. The food there is absolutely amazing. Best breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed.

Great hotel with good facilities. Just avoid visiting StrEAT cafe in the hotel as food options are limited and ambience is not very good 😑 Mr. Bivek from Bistro restaurant is a wonderful energetic man and will take good care during your visit.

Check-in wasn't the friendliest. The lady cheking us in was very straight faced and serious. Our room smelt of smoke. Didn't opt for a smoking room. Best thing about the stay was the 3pm check-out. A late checkout is always good.

The hotel is fabulous - staff, service and room. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient and good. The coffee stations weren’t always stocked with cups though. Ate at StrEAT Culture one evening - vegetable tempura was fantastic. Thank you Collins for good conversation! Parking underground was super convenient. Pool area was nice however definitely not enough seats or loungers to accommodate the size of this hotel! Overall, a 5 star experience.

Fujairaih adventure

Good location and overall ok but the receptionist didn't know what she was doing and charged me for the room again despite me telling her and showing her payment previously made. The manager had to get involved to issue me a refund. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Could do with more staff at breakfast

Overall the hotel is amazing, very clean and the food was amazing. We were disappointed with breakfast on Sunday morning however. We arrived to breakfast at 10:15 (breakfast finish’s at 11) and were told it would be a 35-40 minute wait and we would be called. We waited, and when we received no call we went back to the restaurant and noticed that there were now tables free just not cleaned, and that other guests were just seating themselves as there was no staff member at the front desk. Breakfast was extended past 11 however it was very disappointing to wait when checkout at the hotel is 11am.
