I had a wonderful stay at Grand Sirenis! From the moment I arrived I felt like a VIP guest. The staff were incredible & always willing to help with anything I needed. Alfred was able to help book all the restaurants and Edgar was amazing!! Thank you to all the staff for making my vacation so enjoyable. The hydrotherapy & massage were fantastic (thank you Seleñe) & I loved all the pools and the lazy river. Truly a fantastic week & I hope to come back one day!

This was one of the best all inclusive stays my wife and I have had. The food is better than the other ones out there and the staff if great. Our concierge Alfred and Carlos were great to deal with. Anything we needed they were on top of. The Spa is far above the others as well. We will be back soon and can’t wait to try the other Sirenis in other countries.

The resort was gorgeous, staff was friendly and room was very clean. HOWEVER, I have NEVER felt so insecure from the many times I have visited the Riviera Maya. In our first day we headed to the resort beach and we were approached by an individual to offer us drugs. This individual was intimidating and was in the beach resort by one pf the hotel bars all day accompanied by someone else doing the same thing. I felt as if they were watching us all the time and there was not 1 day they wouldn’t offer my husband or I something. I didn’t feel safe to go on walks by the beach in the morning as they were always just watching and the resort is massive. It hurts me to see what Mexico is turning out to be im security.

Absolutely loved our time here at Grand Sirenis. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. We liked that it was not a party atmosphere because we were looking for a relaxing holiday and that's exactly what we got. By booking through Expedia we had our own concierge and got one free day at the spa.
