This was our first time here and it was an incredible stay! We would recommend this to any family who wants to vacation but also has kids and want them to have fun. The rooms are cleaned everyday and a courteous of drinks available at your room everyday. I will miss you Bahia príncipe Tulum!

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. A must visit for kids too. They have not one but two water parks on campus for kids to enjoy. Every à la carte restaurant had kids menu and options. The staff was so lovely and helpful. We came during seaweed season but Akumal resort that is part of the complex was just a brief walk or cart ride away and guaranteed clear thanks to their barrier. We also came during rain season but rain didn’t last and we at most had one cloudy day which was still great for a pool day. Buffet was always so delicious and well stocked. Entertainment and games for guests were great also. Kendall in particular was an absolute gem and so helpful! We will definitely try to come back in the future.

The property in the rooms were clean if you had a question staff would help as much as possible. I just wish they would’ve had some poolside service. I know it was all inclusive, but it would be nice to order some food at the pool.

Bahia Principe Grand Tulum exceeded every expectation for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean the entire property is kept. The staff throughout the resort are absolute professionals—attentive, friendly, and always eager to help with a smile. The absolute highlight of our stay was the Kids Club. Travelling with our 7-year-old, we have visited several resorts, but the Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The coordinators do a phenomenal job keeping the children safe, entertained, and engaged. You can leave your kids for the full day if you wish, and the staff will even bring them to lunch as a group, giving parents total peace of mind and time to relax. A particularly special touch was that they invited the kids to participate in the main evening stage shows if they wanted to join in—our child was thrilled to be part of the performance! The night entertainment was top-tier every single evening, featuring talented performers and impressive production value. To top it all off, the food was amazing throughout the entire resort, offering excellent variety and outstanding flavor across the options. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Bahia Principe Tulum to any family looking for a clean, fun, and seamless vacation!
