We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn! It was clean, quiet and convenient to Medina/Fairlawn. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool (there isn’t a hot tub) and having access to tea/coffee all day. The upgrade to a king suite was worth the price for us.

The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to.
