The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Parking was good. You could always have your room cleaned. We seemed to be there when time allotted for a cleaning on the room. No big deal to us. The pool was clean but I noticed some wear on the pool as there seemed to be clumps of concrete on the bottom of the pool. I would rate this hotel between a 4 and 5

Now i thought this is a Marriot property, so has to be of certain quality. Guess was wrong. Until you enter the room, everything was what you would expect from a 3 star rated property. Moment we entered the room, it was smelling of mold and moisture. During check-in we were given neutral shrug and knew no point requesting room change. The drive from highway to hotel - better drive at 5 to 10 mph as their local road is full of pot-holes, more so at night when you cant see if its rainy or foggy. The parking is ample and free and location is right off the highway.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and the hotel didnt have any left. The manager was amazing and did split the rate and gave us two rooms for the same price. One was a room with a king spa suite. I was unlucky enough to get that room. the second i walked into the room it smelled musty and was so humid in there. There was obviously a moisture issue. When i got into the bed, the sheets felt damp. I returned home and had to go to the drs and now have ringworm. Other than the room the hotel and staff was great.

One of the best breakfasts I have seen! Staff was helpful & bed was comfy. The area seemed safe. The road leading to the property was a mess with huge potholes but they said there is construction planned.
