“One of the most modern and luxurious ryokan we've ever stayed. The kaiseki dinner and the breakfast are skillfully elevated. The grounds are well kept and exudes zen. The onsen bath with a view of the still rock pond is especially striking in the evening. The room is spacious enough for 4. There's samisen concert at night after dinner, there's bookstore, etc.”

“Facilities in this hotel are really great. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed Onsen a lot ! Each table in the restaurant has high partitions (like a box). I understand it might be good for families or privacy but it didn’t have good atmosphere. ”
