Perfect overnight stay

We had an overnight stay in a family room. Everything was great - clean room, quiet area, nice breakfast. Check in and out was very efficient. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds. The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall good price/value. A bit misleading that the restaurants are not in the hotel but a neighboring hotel, and so is the kids pool

Chambre propre et confortable mais moquette au sol et surtout en guise de chevets des poufs en tissu donc impossible à nettoyer et désinfecter entre chaques clients... Certes ça fait cosy mais du point de vue hygiène c'est moyen.... En revanche la salle du petit déjeuner n'a rien de cosy. Personnel de réception accueillant

Séjour très agréable avec des chambres décorée avec goût. Un petit déjeuner excellent. Seul bémol pour le spa à l’hôtel Mercure à côté, eau trop froide, moment raccourci par cette problématique. Très belle piscine mais personne n’y va car l’eau n’est pas à une température agréable.

Hotel vraiment très bien, c'est notre 2ème séjour

Nous somme habitué car nius avons déjà passé un séjour de 4 nuit pour le réveillon de 31 décembre 2023. Nous avons mêm fait le réveillon au restaurant le FLO qui est celui de l'hotel MERCURE mais la même chaine que l'hotel IBIS Styles. Pettit déjeuner commpris avec un buffet excelent avec tellement de choix, c'est super. Nous adorons Aix les Bains et depuis l'hotel nous allons chaque jour à pied au centre ville d'Aix les Bains qui n'est pas ytrop lojn à pied, environ 1,5km aller et 1,5km retour plus le tour de la ville soit environ 5km maximum au toaly par jour. En plus la marche c'est très très bon pour la santé.
