Pour entrer, il faudrait un protocole afin de recevoir le code. Comme vous savez déjà la réservation, vous devriez envoyer le code directement. Il faut notifier dans l’application que la taxe de séjour est à payer aux impôts. Pour la chambre, tout était très bien.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans code pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre à l'arrivée, ont oublié de nous l'envoyer. Réservation effectuée pour 2 personnes mais très petite chambre avec un seul oreiller au milieu du lit. Idem pour la serviette de toilette (juste une). Lave-mains en guise de lavabo, fuites d'eau sous la cabine de douche, WC à même la chambre avec lunette de travers. Pas de chauffage, avons eu froid. Bref, honteux pour le prix !!

Hôtel familial atypique.

Très bon rapport qualité prix belle chambre spacieuse au calme en plein centre ville d'Aix les bains. Petit hôtel familial, atypique très propre avec personnel très accueillant. Vintage en harmonie avec le vieux centre.

Très bien placé dans une petite ruelle de la zone piétonne. Pratique pour tout faire à pieds, par contre plus compliqué pour le parking de la voiture. Le staff était sympa et nous a aidé avec le bébé (lit et couvertures). Tout est automatisé alors les horaires sont très flexibles. Un peu chaud en août (pas de clim, mais un ventilateur), mais l'endroit est bien à l'ombre alors ça passe.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Broisin. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms simple but clean and equipped with everything we needed, the breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, many restaurants and shops in the immediate surrounding. Highly recommended!

This hotel is extremely basic. Don't expect any frills. My room was clean and made up each day. The bathroom was new and a good shower. It's in a very quiet location. The building my room was in was very worn out & old carpet on the stairs. Brocken glass on the front door to enter the building which was never locked. But it was a quiet & safe area. I had the breakfast once(11€90) The coffee machine could not cater for many people & there was nothing hot to chose from. However, good bread & warm croissants.

Idéalement situé, calme absolu et accueil chaleureux. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Seul bémol la douche, d’un autre âge (cabine plastique avec rideau)
