Wonderful, comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and gave us a free upgrade to our room! Very eco-conscious with water provided in reusable bottles. Spa was very luxurious.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Florent at reception was a wonderful host and told us all we needed to know to make the most of our stay. The room was gorgeous and we had a brilliant night’s sleep. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Decent and clean hotel

The staff is kind and the facilities are well maintained. It is a suitable facility for business trips. If there is anything to improve, the breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables, and the Internet service was unstable when Wi-Fi was used in the room.

This property is close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants near by, and supermarkets. My only complaint is that you have to pay extra (16 Euro per person) to use the pool or the spa.

A great stop off on the way to your destination.

Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics Spa facilities really great, pool just at right temperature. Sauna and hamman perfect and jacuzzi. Albeit Saturday it was very busy, no seats, jacuzzi constantly full etc, sunday after lunch we had entire lot to ourselves. Dont miss out on these facilities which were excellent. Pool step area needed cleaning: clogged with gunk gathered where the stone floor meets the pool steps, dont notice unless you're coming out the pool orherwise very clean. Lift not working so had to use service lift, necessitating walking by workmen in your robe, and noise. No notice that works were ongoing. Not so bad at quiet times but when we checked in we were 20 mins waiting to use the lift behind others doing the same to go to our room! Very large underground parking area. Food only available for a couple of hours a day, what a loss of income for the hotel. Silly, even if it just offered pizza n burgers!! Lost opportunity to generate further income. Never saw the bar open. Nothing much in Aix tbh, a bit of a dump. A great stop off on the way to your destination.

Les chambres sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables : dĂ©coration moderne et soignĂ©e, propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, literie confortable et environnement calme, propice au repos. Quelques points d’amĂ©lioration peuvent nĂ©anmoins ĂȘtre relevĂ©s au regard du standing de l’établissement : les portes de la salle de bain, montĂ©es sur glissiĂšre, ont tendance Ă  coulisser et Ă  s’ouvrir, sans systĂšme de fermeture, ce qui peut nuire Ă  l’intimitĂ©. On note Ă©galement la prĂ©sence d’une seule patĂšre, un peu juste pour un usage confortable. TrĂšs déçue par cet hĂŽtel qui paraissait trĂšs bien lors de la rĂ©servation mais qui c est avĂ©rĂ© trĂšs dĂ©cevant. Chambre supĂ©rieure petite et avec une forte odeur de tabac. Tapisserie moche. MĂ©nage pas fait il a fallu rĂ©clamer des serviettes propres Ă  l accueil en rentrant le soir. Bouteille d eau Christ Aline premier prix alors qu il y avait de l eau d aix les bains sur les photos. Petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  19€ beaucoup trop cher. On a trouvĂ© beaucoup moins cher en terrasse dans la rue piĂ©tonne tout proche. Pour le positif: personnel de l accueil aimable et spa trĂšs bien. Mais pour le reste, hĂŽtel qui Ne vaut pas son prix

Aurait pu ĂȘtre satisfaisant.

Chambre "supĂ©rieure" et literie satisfaisantes, mĂ©nage correct, bon emplacement hĂŽtel. Conversations bruyantes et bruit trĂšs tard et la nuit dans couloir et certaines chambres que l'isolation n'attĂ©nue pas et vs rĂ©veille trĂšs tĂŽt = empĂȘche de se reposer. Les employĂ©s et la direction devraient s'impliquer davantage pour faire respecter les fondamentaux du savoir se comporter Ă  l'hĂŽtel.
