Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel. We checked in, in the evening and even though this hotel was awful we spent one night because we were with our elderly parents. The property is quite dirty throughout.Dogs are allowed in all rooms, and we love dogs, but there is a very strong chemical odor everywhere . I was allergic to it. As a result, we checked out early and requested a refund. The room was very dirty. The beds were not comfortable. We wish we had booked elsewhere and will stay away from Best Western in France going forward.

The staff at the reception was very unfriendly and rigid. In the room, parts of the ceiling came down. Absolutely unworthy especially for a Best Western!

Great location next to highway. Hotel located close to shopping center and food establishments. Check in was tricky as front desk did not speak English. Room is okay, bathroom had shower that leaked all over floor. Property needs attention as most areas are worn and dated. Pool is basic but good for kids. Unfortunately people bring glasses to pool and my son got a deep cut from a broken piece of glass. Front desk fortunately spoke English very well and helped us with bandages to stop bleeding.

Alla reception di servizio una sola persona attese per eseguire checking e check out. Stanza sporca trasandata piena di ragni e zanzare. L’hotel si trova vicino ad una concessionaria auto e vicino all’autostrada molto rumoroso.

Niveau propreté une honte ... la salle de bain : des poils restants. La moquette des saletés par terre.. Un service de nettoyage est censé se faire entre les nuitées ... on est parti à 10h30 du matin revenu à 3h... aucun menage de fait fenetre restée ouverte que l'on avait gentillement laissé aéré pour la dame de menage. Le dehors le nettoyage est limite . Le service petit dej pas grand chose et niveau qualité bof.

Très bon accueil, personnel au top et chambre propre. Par contre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et les prestations annoncées ne sont pas toutes respectées : pas de boisson offerte ni d’accessoires de toilettes (le savon est en distributeur, comme dans la plupart des hôtels actuels, pas de bouteilles miniatures comme le laissent entendre les photos)

Nous étions 4 dans la chambre (avec 2 enfants) et malgré un reglage de la clim au mieux(qui ne servait juste qu' à envoyer de l'air, rien de plus) , il a fait très chaud dans la chambre.Une demande à la réception pour augmenter la clim mais rien n'a été fait. Et pour toute réponse nous avons eu le droit à "nous sommes en mi saison donc nous n'augmentons pas la clim..." 30 degrés dehors pendant 4 jours...
