Vacations Close To Air Force Space and Missile History Center

The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. There wasn’t anybody to talk to, no number to call, no email that could get us in contact with somebody that could resolve the issue. We got a warning on the first night of our stay and were forced to park our second car elsewhere or risk it being towed. Also, the bathtubs are very slippery. Everybody in our party nearly slipped and fell on the first night. Then on the morning we went to leave as, when we were making our final trips with our bags to the cars (this was 30 minutes before our checkout time) the key pad lock reset the passcode and we were locked out of the room. We still had stuff inside and needed to return the parking tag. This was a Sunday so the front office was closed and we were unable to get any help from any number we called. So we had to sit outside the apartment until housekeeping came 45 minutes later to be let into the room. There is NO help for ANY issue you may run into because even the number given cycles back to the main menu because nobody answers the phone. And even when you do find a way to talk to somebody, it’s always somebody else’s issue to fix or they’re unable to help. So unless you are prepared to have absolutely no issues during your stay here, I would find another place to stay.

A place to stay in the medical area off downtown. Not a great place to stay if you are trying to see downtown. Staff is super helpful and nice however. If getting surgery or treatment, not a better option.

Staffs was help full, clean bed and comfy building need TLC

Had a good experience however when requesting a crib I was provided a pack n play that was damaged and could not be replaced because there was no more. It also did not have a mattress so my baby did not have the most comfortable time but everything else was fine.

The room was immaculate and the staff came to clean it very day as well. The pool and lunch area were kept amazingly clean and neat. It was an amazing stay. Will definitely come back soon!
