“Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience ”

“Made a mistake booking this accommodation. Appeared great value at first but was awkward to enter, very noisy especially when we were unable to close high windows in bedroom and a disgusting matress and quilt we discovered we were sleeping on when removing sheets, as requested, at the end of our stay.”

Good, clear communication with the owners from booking, and very helpful in making sure everything was right for our stay. “The property was advertised as 2 double bedroom and 2 bathrooms but there was only one bathroom unsuitable for a disabled person. The blind was fallen off the widow broken cistern broken on the toilet cooker and microwave and oven filthy covered in grease. The table food stains and worktops greasy and dirty. Hair in the beds I have photographs for proof. Thus was the worst place we could have picked to stay and when we contacted the staff we were told we don’t have 2 bathrooms in room although I...
