Luxus is a fabulous resort nestled on the banks of lake attabad. Almost all rooms opens up to a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Simply breath taking. Great restaurant. Comfortable rooms, amneties, gym, spa, lot of space by the lake for activities, good internet, great and helpful staff. Easy access to many wonders of nature within an hours drive. 2 .5 hours from gilgit airport. A gread getway to rrlax and unwind. Highly recommended ...

3rd class service with a View. This sums up the presidential suite which lacked most basic amenities and has tons of issues that the we had to face every hour. Ac not working. Wifi not working. Noisy Room which vibrated like we were sitting on some machine. Management had no idea what they were doing and how to fix issues. Not recommended at all. This was the most expensive of the rooms the resort had but we were treated like some pc of sh*

Extremely noisy. Electricity kept cutting out like every few minutes. Workers doing drilling and building work outside our room very early in morning disturbing all guests. Room itself has noisy creaking floor, tv not working properly, poor flooring, wardrobe door hinges not working properly, breakfast menu was very poor, staff were not very helpful. Some staff and guests were overheard arguing about their little girl falling down the stairs and ending up in hospital. Staff treated the family disrespectful and rudely, this affected our stay at the hotel. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend this hotel! Wish I could get a refund but the staff are rude and do not care about positive customer service or keeping customer happy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
