“Firstly : The access card during I was in that hotel never worked properly , I had to activate cards all time and the distance from my room to lobby takes me long time and they knew that I had a surgery The room was full of mosquitos One of the most embarrassing moment was when the staff several times asked me if I was guest or so because I looked different, one day I was at sofa and one them asked me what I was doing there ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very relaxing, the staff are very friendly and professional. We booked executive suite with half board. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing plenty of choices of food and beverages. The dinner was also great the only thing a water fountain so client and drink with dinner it would be great. “We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and large. It was modern fancy and simplistic. We had gone for our anniversary and they made special arrangements for us. We could see the sea and moon every night. The service was fantastic. They helped us in everything. We even had dinner from the buffet in our room.
