The hotel is dated and could be much cleaner. We paid to park only to have our truck hit in the parking garage. The hotel didn’t even offer to comp the $12 parking. The location and outdoor amenities are very nice.

I just got back from my nephew's wedding, and we stayed at this beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallway was quiet. Breakfast was delicious, and so were the grits; I'm glad it was recommended. The hotel is located by the riverfront, which we walked one day; the next, we biked (which they provide), a very nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

The hotel was in a great location right along the Savannah river. The parking garage was a very short walk from the hotel. We only ate breakfast there but the presentation on the plate was excellent. The food was great! I have to give a lot of love to the staff. They were very professional and helpful. If you are going to Augusta drive across the river and stay at the Crown Plaza in North Augusta South Carolina.

The hotel room and pool were wonderful. Unfortunately, their onsite restaurant/bar were out of almost everything. For the price we paid, it was disappointing to have only Michelob Ultra as the option and no food. We were planning on staying in and enjoying the onsite amenities, but had to go offsite for food AND adult beverages.

I like the room, it was very clean. The breakfast was very pricey at the restaurant attached. The only thing that I noticed that needed attention was the parking deck. It is in desperate need for a good pressure washing. It was full of cobwebs that will make you cringe.

It was just a basic hotel room, nothing special. The bed was comfy and the rooftop bar was cool. The shower kept cutting out, and the view was just rooftop AC units. If you have a ladder rack or a tall truck, you'll have to park on the side of the road. And good luck if there's a baseball game going on.
