What a wonderful stay we had at the Carriage House Inn! My mom, sister and I were in town for a funeral and we were all able to stay in one spacious king suite, due to the Murphy bed in the kitchen/living room area (with two porches to enjoy, with views of the lovely courtyard). The Inn is right in the middle of town with ample free parking, and free buffet/cooked to order breakfast each morning, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

This small hotel is a lovely setting - no matter what your reason for visiting Aiken. The owner lovingly restored the main building and then added small courtyards and gentle lighting to make it as beautiful at night as it is during the day. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This place is amazing!! It is gorgeous, hard to explain how beautiful it is. We were welcoming at check in and warm cookies available. We stayed in the back house. Wow!! The courtyard between the main house and back looks like a fairy tale. Flowers, water fountain, places to sit. Relaxing. Our unit was the cleanest place I've stayed. Everything was high quality. Even porches to enjoy. And the price cannot be beat. I definitely recommend staying and am ready to go back for a longer stay.
