It was very hard to communicate with the staff. I had to call more than 10 times for the just to get a remote for the TV. This place is not located by many businesses to get food or groceries etc. There is a bar close by, however doesn't not have very many chioces for food or beverages. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not very customer service friendly.

The bed sheets and the comfort had stains even blood stains. If the bulding is fully booked it will ran out of hot water. Pillow are way too used and uncomfortable. I suggest to oil the locks from the stairs and lobby to easly key insertion.

I liked the modern decor, nice TV and so clean. Good location in relation to where I needed to go the next day. The thing I liked the least was the road noise. Since the windows weren't exactly sealed, you could hear all the traffic passing by.

It was to the town festivel. What we didnt like was , no shower hose limited to one piece of soap, one bath towel only .tree contanly brushing up against the window ,rain leaked through the windows, unsafe finished floor tile ,too slippery .they offered a coffee pot ( uncleaned) but no guest coffee .lobby had no A/C , door to the roof top was unlocked Creating an un safe environment. Oh and only one trash container .

The rooms are on a second floor, the stairs are poorly designed very difficult to climb with luggage. The parking is on front next to the road in front of a sharp curve. No security for the cars. Some person almost crashed onto my car while I was taking the luggage out of my car. This is basically a disguised motel. Terrible experience. I will not come back.

No lo recomendaría. Está muy descuidado. Ventanas rotas, pisos manchados, techo de la habitación terrible. Cuando uno sube las escaleras hasta la lámpara está rota. Necesita una limpieza profunda hace mucho tiempo. Creo que nunca han lavado las ventanas.

Pésima experiencia. Este lugar se supone que sea un hotel, pero en realidad parece un motel barato y descuidado. No se ve para nada como en las fotos. Está extremadamente deteriorado, sucio y mal mantenido. Había ventanas rotas y el ambiente era muy solitario e inseguro. La falta de limpieza era evidente; todo se veía sucio. Me sentí tan incómoda y poco segura que ni siquiera pude quedarme a pasar la noche. Para colmo, no me dieron ningún reembolso. No lo recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Este lugar apesta. Increíblemente sucio. La cama es un colchón de los más baratos, el aire no enfría, la internet se desconecta continuamente por lo que ni logré poder ver ningún programa en la tv. El baño mal construido. Al bañarse se moja hasta el cuarto y nada para el aseo personal ( ni jabón, ni shampoo, ni conditioner). Apenas dos toallas. Madrugué y me fui a las 5 am por lo incómodo y sucio del lugar. Ahh y por su proximidad a la calle el ruido de los autos es insoportable. No entiendo como pueden ofrecer como alojamiento un lugar así. Lamento que no tomé fotos pero puedo ahorrarles un mal rato con este comentario.

Propiedad localizada centricamente y accesible. Aire acondicionado en el cuarto con problemas. Entrada y afueras del edificio, y balcones de cuarto sucio con saldo y abandonado. Cuarto y sala de estar agradables, bien decorados, cuentan con lo basico y necesario para resolver una noche. Nevera muy pequeña para compartir, parking limitado, si son carros o guaguas grandes ocupan mas espacio y no cabe el carro del lado.
