Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The restaurant team deserves special mention for their outstanding service and delectable offerings. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a diverse menu catering to every palate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, and their recommendations were spot on. Housekeeping was equally impressive, maintaining the rooms impeccably clean and ensuring every little detail was taken care of. The hotel was excellent The club room access was good Only problem was Expedia charged for breakfast in the club room which was complimentary so we were overcharged by Expedia The hotel was not at fault and I would strongly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return but will not book with Expedia again

Lovely stay and nice surprise

Mentioned that we were arriving on my wife's birthday and we were delighted to find the room beautifully decorated with flowers wishing happy birthday and a special cake for her which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is very centrally located next to a large shopping mall so convenient for shopping or food options. The room was excellent, and staff very attentive and helpful. Definitely will be back again.
