Property needs to be updated, little to no room amenities , no safe in room, no mini fridge , no coffee maker, no iron ,room was very basic however it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Rooms are way way too small, what they list as double beds are NOT double beds. Staff lacks communication. The towels are OLD and RIPPED. Do not recommend at all

El precio fue un abuso debido a que sabían que íbamos a un evento que lleno Aguascalientes y pagamos casi $5000 mxn por noche en un hotel 5 veces más barato. Y los servicios son de un hotel de bajo precio. Entendemos que es oferta y demanda pero esto es casi extorsion. No porque podamos pagarlo significa que lo hacemos con gusto. Si van a subir el precio al menos den un servicio proporcional. Todo en el hotel se percibe barato y de mala Calidad. No nos cambiaban el papel de baño y nos hicieron bajar a recepción por el. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y sin privacidad ya que se escucha todo de un cuarto a otro y a los pasillos. La Comida mala calidad. No volveremos a ir jamás.

Las imágenes que muestran e la página no son reales. El hotel está viejo, descuidado incluso el área de desayuno se ve muy sucia y vieja. Da asco y desconfianza comer ahí. Las habitaciones miniatura, persianas muy malas les entra demasiada luz por la ventana, y por abajo de la puerta. La habitación no tiene ni lo básico como plancha y secadora de cabello. Tampoco acondicionador o crema de cuerpo. Bueno para pasar la noche y nada más
