Property is very outdated and the rooms were dirty even after they said they were cleaned.

The only problem for me it’s the heating bedroom was broke out of 7 nights only 2 days the heating works and the rest wasn’t, was so cold my room I couldn’t sleep , the last 2 nights I ask again to take care of and didn’t look the staff of that night care much about my needs.

El restaurante no funciona con normalidad o todos los días. El agua de la alberca da un aspecto de estar sucia. La apariencia de los cuartos es regular, además que el tema de la facturación es una odisea pareciera que le están haciendo un favor al cliente al momento que se solicita la factura además condicionan o tardan mucho para la emisión de las facturas entre del 21 al 24 de mayo y hoy 27 de mayo no me han expedido la factura.

Es agradable que se acepten mascotas, pero considero deben agregar la tarifa de ella dentro del costo total al momento de reservar . O en su caso poner que hay un cargo extra. Ya que nosotros nos enteramos del costo extra hasta el momento de estar ahí La habitación que nos dieron fue para discapacitados (no tiene nada de malo ). Y era un batallar con la llave teníamos que estar hablando y solicitando nos fueran a abrir ya que la chapa no servía ni su llave maestra abria , el clima de una habitación no no funcionó tampoco mantenimiento comento que ya estaba reportada desde hace un tiempo pero no lo arreglan. Pedimos nos cambiarán a la habitación PET friendly , argumentado que no podían pq estaba deshabilitada. Cosa que después se hizo uso con familiares del mismo personal del hotel . Jardín est muy bonito solo área de alberca descuidada ya que había platos de comida en una de las mesas y huesos de comida tirados.
