Pesima Actitud en Recepción y Falta A/C o Clima.

La relación valor - precio es la correcta pero la actitud de recepcista hombre el vienes 2 de mayo fue pesima o poco flexible y enuncio : solicite una extension del check out pagando un ajuste en hora o bien otra noche adicional y que por ser la feria de san marcos no era posible cuando el hotel no estaba lleno que tenian que cobrar el doble de costo que pague una noche anterior. ????. la habitacion requiere de Aire Acondicionado y no de ventidador de techo no es suficiente

Están horribles las instalaciones… viejas, sucias, sin un ventilador o abanico ni se diga aire acondicionado… el estacionamiento lleno de basura… latas de cerveza y cajas de pizza en las áreas comunes. Una verdadera vecindad el lugar HORRIBLE

Entrando a la habitación no había toallas, el baño es muy pequeño. No tiene aire acondicionado, es un abanico y Me tocó que no funcionaba pero pedí el cambio y si lo hicieron. La limpieza solo es por la mañana hasta las 2 pm si estas en la habitación ya no se limpia por la tarde. No salía agua caliente, sólo el primer día. El colchón tenia un plástico incómodo debajo de la sábana. No funcionaba la señal de la televisión.
