Very spacious and comfortable room. The location is superb -- it's only a few steps away from the cathedral. There was no need to use the car since most attractions are within walking distance.

A little outdated, our key cards had to be restarted every other time we went in which was an inconvenience having to go down everytime. Rooms were decent for a family. Staff was friendly and the location is great since it’s in the centre of Aguascalientes.

I would give this hotel 5 stars for location. It was convenient to explore the historic center from the hotel. However, I found the hotel to be in poor condition. I had a leaky bathroom that maintenance could not fix after two separate tries. Yet, the room itself was clean and the staff was very friendly and ready to help.

Great location in center with easy access to museums and stores. A bit noisy from street noise and breakfast wasn’t worth eating. Coffee especially terrible. But close to numerous cafes and restaurants.

Has potential

Hotel staff was vey nice and it was in a great location (Downtown across from the large square and Cathedral) Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was actually attached to a nice restaurant and large store. It was however in need of a lot of updating. While the room was clean the catpets were threadbare and stained, Lights were very dim and everything was in need of a fresh coat of paint. It felt a bit stale, old, and dated. With just a few renovations it could be incredibly nice, but as it is, it's mediocre.
