A pior experiência que tive num check in

O check in foi péssimo. Chegamos no hotel as 20hs , so conseguimos entrar no quarto as 2hs da madrugada. A noite devido um cancelamento de um voo da gol, muitas pessoas foram encaminhadas ao hotel. E tinha apenas 1 funcionário fazendo o check in. Uma confusão tremenda,muito stress, uma falta de respeito com os hospedes e com os funcionários, pous o rapaz da recepção nao podia nem sequer ir ao banheiro, pous era so ele para tudo.

Cama confortável, roupas de camas limpíssimas, travesseiros extras, ambientes limpos, silencioso e bem sinalizado, café da manhã (restaurante anexo) com boa quantidade de opções, equipamentos (torneiras, chuveiros e vasos sanitários funcionando perfeitamente, com água com excelente vazão). Ajudaria mais se a TV, localizada aos pés da cama, pudesse ser facilmente virada para ficar de frente ao sofá.
