barulho de vizinhança e pedreiros no hotel

vizinhança de fundos do hotel faz muito barulho. cachorros latindo de madrugada e pedreiros quebrando ceramica dentro do hotel às 7h da manha e durnate o dia todo da segunda-feira. fui reclamar e nada foi feito. duas noites sem dormir direito.
