I wasn’t really sure what to expect on this coliving property, but I was left speechless. The property is so beautiful so clean so well managed I would recommend this to any and everyone at any given point I will definitely be back. The Customer Service is very quick in responding. I felt safe. The location is perfect for the area of Jobos. You do need a car to get around. It’s very close to the airport and if you work remote this is a very quiet professional property. The kitchen and coliving area are very clean and have the basic essentials. The pool is gorgeous.

The rooms where clean, the environment was safe and comfortable, despite there was still areas in construction, the living areas were very well maintain. Very easy and safe the way to access the rooms and the main house by passcode, the laundry and kitchen area have all the amenities. They view of the ocean on the morning and sunset has not price. Near to almost every interest point on the Aguadilla zone. My only complaint is the shower glass panel design which allows water to go outside the shower area to the bedrooms but I think that it is very manageable. If the owner can fix this small detail I think is one of the best place to stay on the west zone of Puerto Rico.

It’s a different concept of stay. No on site staff but reachable via watts. Love the kitchen, pool and common areas. Don’t like much the fact there is no TV in the rooms but not a deal breaker. Don’t like the fact that exterior doors don’t lock properly all the time

The property is beautiful, modern, clean, quiet and very accessible to main streets. Although all doors are accesible by code only (keyless) and are supposed to be “self close” they need adjustments and not all the guest make sure exterior doors are fully closed which makes it not very safe since there is no staff present! Pool is very cold! Staff is very responsive via message but will not answer a phone call. More positive than negative experience. I will definitely book there again! *IMPORTANT* make sure you get your access codes and confirm contact info specific to your reservation via email from OUTISTE directly not from whomever you purchased your stay at least 3-5 days prior to your arrival or you may end up unable to access your room upon arrival. I was very proactive on that topic and had no issues but had to help two families who arrived my last day there who had purchased their reservations through different companies and were stuck in the common areas for hours with no access to their rooms until very late at night that I arrived and provided them with the contact info of the person I was dealing with during my stay

The property itself has good facilities, but the check-in experience was very disappointing. I spent over an hour waiting because none of the phone numbers provided were working, and even Expedia couldn’t reach the host. Communication and guest support definitely need improvement.
