Clean, quiete BnB with comfy sleeping room. Check-in was Just digital but without Problems. Neighbourhood isn't the prettiest but over all OK for a daytrip to Agrigento. Enjoyed my night there and would book a room there again!

Not an actual b&b, though the was enough snacks and coffee for the time we stayed Property was clean and plenty of room, air-conditioning worked well For me, the location wasn't the best as you have to walk up a fair incline to get anything to eat All in all, if walking up hills and stairs isn't an issue then there is no issue staying here as it's also cheap

Hard to find

This apartment was very difficult to find but it was walkable to the station. It claimed to have a bar/lounge - it has a kitchen with no stove or microwave. There was nowhere nearby to eat but we did find a good bakery. We hit labour day when EVERYTHING was shut

Nel rapporto qualità-prezzo, la sistemazione risulta più che accettabile. L’appartamento,all’ultimo piano di un vecchio condominietto senza ascensore, è molto caldo, ma chiudendo le porte di una veranda-cucina che è letteralmente un forno e chiudendo la porta del vano d’ingresso, l’aria condizionata in camera con scarico in bottiglione di plastica sull’attiguo balconcino (ricordarselo perché non fuoriesca), rinfresca sufficientemente. L’arredamento è “vintage”/vetusto ma completo di quel che serve. Il frigorifero proponeva diversi prodotti per la colazione, peccato che sia i succhi di frutta che il latte fossero già stati aperti, così anche le brocche con tè e limonata (? Non so non l’ho provata) non ci si è fidati a berle; il congelatore non chiude bene; i croissants e le merendine confezionati in una Sicilia ricca di prodotti da forno gourmands… un peccato! Bastava un buono spesa dal fornaio vicino casa o un bar del quartiere e la qualità saliva senza aumentarne il costo! La posizione abbastanza comoda a Via Atenea, il centro storico, mettendo comunque in conto di fare un po’ di scale e scalini, ma questo fa parte della conformazione naturale della città. Il check in e check out sono stati veloci ed efficaci anche senza la presenza fisica della proprietaria, che è stata molto chiara ed esaustiva nel darci le istruzioni via whatsapp. Letto comodo, biancheria pul Considerando il costo, se è per un soggiorno breve e si vuol contenere la spesa, mi sento di consigliarlo.

Was a lovely place to stay! Didn’t realise but you get the whole apartment! The owner very kindly drops off some pastries every evening for breakfast the next morning (and lots of pastries too!!) The bedroom and bathroom were lovely and tidy and clean, as well as the dining area, though the kitchen could’ve used a little spring clean perhaps? Only a 10 minute max walk from the train station up a long flight of stairs so prepare yourself. The Valley of the temples is an easy 30 min walk away and so easy to get to, definitely worth a visit. The surrounding area is nice and there was a man with a speaker phone offering fruit and vegetables from his truck which was very quaint. He seemed quite popular with all of his produce which was promising. Unfortunately the surrounding area had a lot of dog/cat poo every few metres which wasn’t pleasant but it was very nice to come back to a lovely clean apartment and relax in bed with the tv. The owner speaks Italian, Dutch and Spanish I believe which is very versatile, unfortunately no English but we made easy conversation through Google translate and had a laugh about it. He was great at communicating through WhatsApp and made checkin and check out so eas! When it came to my check out i realised i was 0.40€ short of the city tax and he very kindly said not to worry about it so thank you very much!! A really lovely owner and much appreciate his kindness for the entirety of my stay.
