Had an incredible stay at the property. Everything about the hotel was top notch. A big shoutout to the duty manager Saransh soni who found out it was our daughter’s 11th birthday and made an effort to get the room decorated and even sent a card and a cake to the room at night. The restaurant in the second floor needs a major update. The chairs are very dirty. The carpets in our room was dirty as well. In general the hotel is semi clean, there are a lot of parts that you can tell they have not clean for a long time. Like the floors and doors in the elevators. Our room was very clean except for the carpet, but the staff is very nice and helpful.
