It’s a lovely property but not 4.5 star. The room I stayed in needs renovating, the only thing that could be considered executive is the spa bath on the balcony and they now charge $50 extra to use it. I was right outside a kids water feature which was super loud from about 11-5pm so you couldn’t sit on the balcony then. The best thing is the staff, they are excellent, super friendly and nothing was a problem. The property is a short walk to the beach. For the price I paid compared to what else is around there I would stay here again. If it weren’t for the staff it would have been 3 stars, they really need to spend some money on the rooms.

The rooms looks old. there is a spa included in the room but need to pay extra to use it. The TV remote is not working. The car park is free but it reeks of bird poop. Who knows what disease you might get inhaling that. Otherwise, the poop is okay thought its not so clean. There is a heated spa outside in the pool area. The exit of the car park is located close to the entrance of the hotel so there is a high risk of accident especially when drivers are not paying attention to the incoming cars.

We loved this motel for the washing machine and dryer in our studio unit, so welcome to long-term travellers. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was as described; everything functioned well, except for wifi connection. The small frig had no freezer. Bathroom had a walk-in shower. Our “garden view” room on ground floor opened onto a tiled patio with table, chairs and spa bath, a small gravelled courtyard bordered by a solid colourbond fence. Other rooms look into the internal public space, swimming pools and outdoor eating area. There is underground parking and a lift to ground and first floor rooms and a restaurant on-site. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful.
