“I had booked a Twin bed room. They did not give me that, instead they gave me a queen bed and an additional cot was added. Why? They said some cricket team extended their stay, to which I asked then why did you put up the twin bed room for booking? They did not have an answer to my query.
Also the bedroom had many mosquitoes. I had to ask for an allout machine. The mosquitoes were roaming about in the lobby amd there the room the moment you open the door. It is simple their windows don't have...
