“This was, in no possible way, a 5 star hotel. Our room was big, but furnishings were old. There was an old, crusty hotel amenity book in the desk that was literally crumbling. The shower door came off the hinge as I was showering. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the bathroom. The only items were body wash and tiny round soap. The staff never smiled. The pool was ok but nothing great. Towels were thin. Tons and tons of stairs. No ramps, definitely not wheelchair accessible. We needed to...
