Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was in good condition, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, including a stove, microwave, private jacuzzi, and beautiful views. We stayed on the first floor with direct access to the pool, which was also very nice. The main issue we experienced was the lack of available staff. On one occasion, our room was not serviced and our towels were not replaced. When we called to ask about it, we were simply told that it was the staff’s day off. I understand that employees need days off, but a hotel with guests should always have someone available to assist, especially when families with children are staying there. For example, if a child has an accident and the sheets need to be changed, there should be someone available to help. I believe this is the main area the hotel needs to improve. There should always be someone available at the front desk or at least an on-call staff member who guests can easily reach when assistance is needed. Another issue happened about three days before our departure, when we received a notice saying that we owed a €25 fee. During those last three days, every time I returned to the hotel, I checked the front desk because I wanted to pay it, but there was never anyone there. I genuinely did not know who to pay or where to leave the money. In the end, we had to leave without being able to pay the €25. Aside from the staffing issue, the property itself was ve

We arrived late afternoon and the directions were emailed to us which made it easy to access the property. The bed was amazing and the kitchenette was perfect for a quick easy meal. I would strongly recommend the accommodation to a couple or a family.

Excellent accommodation and stay at Naiades.

Fabulous accommodation, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, amazing view from the solarium terrace across the bay to Spinalonga, only tiny niggle which is out of the control of Naiades was the roof tops with satellite and air-con units below us. Would highly recommend.

Estuvimos hospedados por 5 días y nunca vimos al personal, algunos días ni limpiaron el cuarto ni cambiaron toallas, el tragante de la ducha estaba tupido y teníamos que bañarnos con todo el baño inundado. Lo que más me gustó del lugar fue la vista ya que la habitación que cogimos tenía una vista bonita.

Un service petit déjeuner inclus dans le site et rien du tout pas de petit déjeuner extrêmement déçu. pas de personne présente a notre arrivée alors que on avez téléphoner deux jours avant comme il a été recommandé.il y as des choses pour une suite que l'on devait pas voir la douchette de douche rouillée parasol cassé le support enrouleur cassé les sièges longue à jeté du à la vétusté. Un service ménage prévue tout les deux jours rien. si il y avait pas tout cela serait bien. Mais l'espace de la suite parfait coin cuisine coin fauteuil salle de douche grande lit ok terrasse privée avec piscine a l'intérieure de notre terrasse supers car on pouvais plonger de jours comme de nuit piscine propre. Séjour pas mal quand même au cœur de la ville tout à disposition commerce restaurant tout le long de la mer et de la ville.

Da vi ankom, var kortet til vores værelse ikke i den anviste boks. Efter et kvarters ventetid kom ejeren. Han forklarede, at der desværre var et problem med det værelse vi skulle have og vi derfor var blevet opgraderet til et større værelse med privat pool. Det så som udgangspunkt fint ud, men desværre viste det sig, at poolen var møgbeskidt og efter min vurdering sundhedsskadelig at hoppe i. Der var en slimet belægning hele vejen rundt i vandkanten og der var sand på bunden. Badeværelset var stort, beskidt og så var afløbet i brusekabinen stoppet. Derudover var der en muggen lugt på badeværelset. Da vi vågnede om morgenen og trak gardinerne fra, faldt der to kakerlakker ned på gulvet. Så pakkede vi sammen og tjekkede tidligt ud. En skuffende oplevelse, som kunne være reddet af en omgang rengøring.
