The staff was out of their way helpful, and they are able to help with booking a car or other excursions on the island of Crete. They responded to all of our requests with grace, kindness and over the top accommodation. It is just outside of Chania city so quieter with big city comforts.”

“The Monastery Estate is a beautifully restored family house in the tiny village of Moni, not far from Sougia and the sea. It's an incredibly peaceful, intimate place with comfortable, quirky, stylish rooms and large patios. The view over to the White Mountains is breathtaking and there is great hiking nearby. We were extremely well looked after by Katerina and Marianne - nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful with local suggestions. Highly recommended! ”

“Ce nouvel hôtel est en cours d'achèvement et cela a été assez étrange de nous retrouver les seuls clients ce soir-là avec une réception qui ferme à 16h. Cependant les chambres sont confortables, la literie parfaite et la douche top. La famille qui gère cet établissement fait de son mieux et la bonne surprise a été le petit déjeuner buffet qui a été mis en place pour nous 2 avec des spécialités locales excellentes. Nous avions une chambre en rez de chaussée, qui n'assure que peu d'intimité avec...

“A lovely property with enough parking in front for us the entire time we were there. There are 2 roads up to the property and one is a bit steeper, so just know that there is another way in that is not as steep. It was a 12 minute walk down to the water and dinner locations that we wanted to go to which was nice. There is a bus stop 4-6 minutes walk that’ll take you into old town as well. A beautiful room with a nice heated pool outside with a nice view of the sea which made it pleasant to...
