Der Robinson Club Djerba Bahiya lässt mich unschlüssig zurück. Zwar ist die Anlage im Außenbereich schön angelegt und gestaltet, doch bezieht sich das nur auf außen und nicht auf die Innenräume. So zum Beispiel unser Zimmer... Größe war gut... aber bei der letzten Renovierung wurde ein Laminatboden verlegt. Der hat offensichtlich etwas zu viel Feuchtigkeit abbekommen, so dass die Fugen sich aufstellen und Ecken abplatzen. Und auch die Fußleisten, sowie die provisorisch zugeschmierten Bohrlöcher eines früheren, größeren Badspiegels erinnern eher an ein 20 Jahre altes 2-Sterne-Budget Hotel, als ein 4 Sterne Club wie sich Robinson präsentiert. Das All-inclusive nicht immer All-inclusive ist, zeigt sich hier ebenso. Getränke (Softdrinks, Bier, billigster Alkohol) ist inklusive. Tischwein auch... für die Minibar muss gezahlt werden. Verstehe ich nicht. Swimming Pool kostet zum Glück nichts... wenn ich jedoch Padel oder Tennis spielen will, zahle ich eine Platzgebühr. Manche Yoga-Stunden sind inklusive, andere nicht... ist auch nicht zu verstehen. Einer der größten Kritikpunkte ist jedoch das Essen... von vielen Seiten wurde uns berichtet wie toll das Essen bei Robinson ist. Unsere Erwartungen wurden allerdings nicht erfüllt und unsere Erfahrungen mit anderen Clubs wie Aldiana, Falkensteiner oder Hipotels zeigen, dass es durchaus möglich ist, ein sehr schmackhaftes und raffiniert zubereitetes Buffet herzurichten, welches auch schön anzusehen ist. Für uns das erste und letzte Mal.

Toller Club mit hervorragendem Sport-Programm. Es war unser erster Robinson-Aufenthalt. Irritierend finde ich dabei, dass so viele Leistungen nur gegen Zusatzentgelte verfügbar sind (z.B. Nutzung des Padel-Platzes, Schnuppern beim Wassersport, Schwimmtraining, Powerplate, die besseren Liegen am Strand, sogar ein Handstand-Kurs für Kinder). Dass Tennis- und Padeltraining kostenpflichtig sind, ist kein großer Aufreger. Dass das aber auch anders gehen könnte, zeigt die alternative Club-Kette der gleichen Konzernmutter. Robinson ist ja offenbar als hochwertigstes Club-Konzept im Konzern klassifiziert. Ehrlich gesagt, zeigt sich das nur marginalst. Ich empfinde Essen und Sport eher als gleichwertig (mit gewissem Sport-Vorteil sogar bei der Alternative). Zudem war in unserer Urlaubswoche das Getränkesortiment nicht zufriedenstellend. Alkoholfreies Bier gab es durchgängig überhaupt nicht, Coke Zero nur stundenweise an 2-3 Tagen, das Angebot für alkoholfreie Cocktails auf der Karte beschränkte sich je nach Bar auf effektiv 3 Optionen.Der Strand bzw. das Meer waren vor lauter Seegras eigentlich kaum nutzbar. Dass eine große Raupe das Gras zu Hügeln zusammengeschoben hat, die dann,soweit ich das wahrgenommen hab, wieder von der Flut geholt wurden, erschloss sich mir hinsichtlich Nutzen nicht. Das Personal war übrigens herausragend freundlich und meist sehr engagiert. In Summe, wie gesagt, ein toller Club! Würde aber nächstes Mal eher wieder zur alternativen Kette des Konzern tendieren.

Das immer sehr nette und freundliche Team hat sich jeden Tag ins Zeug gelegt. Die Sportangebote sind super, das Tages-und Abendprogramm abwechslungsreich und hervorragend. Wer sich hier langweilt, ist selber schuld. Das Essen ist mega, große Auswahl, lecker und immer nach speziellem Motto. Das beste Essen, was man bei einem 4Sterne Hotel bei All-Inclusive bekommen kann! Alles zusammen Top!

Die Zimmer sind-wie bei Robinson üblich- relativ zweckmäßig. Im Bad ist die eine oder andere Undichtigkeit… Die Anlage ist klein und übersichtlich, die neue Beach Bar eine unglaubliche Bereicherung! Der Strand ist zum Sonnen ideal, allerdings zum Schwimmen nur mit Badeschuhen zu empfehlen (Steine). Alternative : 10 Minuten in die eine oder andere Richtung laufen und dort problemlos ins Wasser gehen! Das Team ist klasse, Sportangebot groß und abwechslungsreich! Uns hat es wieder super gefallen!

Der Club setzt in jeder Hinsicht Maßstäbe. ​Die sensationelle Beachbar ist der perfekte Place-to-be! Direkt am feinen Sandstrand gelegen, bietet sie erstklassige Drinks und eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer ist einfach unbezahlbar. ​Die „Mind Week“: Ein fantastisches Angebot! Die professionellen Kurse rund um Achtsamkeit und mentale Fitness waren eine echte Wohltat für Körper und Geist – genau richtig, um mal so richtig abzuschalten Kulinarisch wird man hier auf allerhöchstem Niveau verwöhnt. Die Vielfalt, Frische und Qualität der Speisen waren überragend. Jedes Buffet war ein geschmackliches Highlight! ​Das überaus freundliche Personal ust das Herzstück des Clubs! Vom Service bis zum Strandteam – alle sind unfassbar herzlich, aufmerksam und versprühen eine Lebensfreude, die einfach ansteckend ist. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Personal in jedem Bereich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tennisplatz Reservierung umständlich, aber wir konnten spielen, wenn auch teilweise nicht 2 Std. Zusammenhängend. Essen sehr gut, vielfältig und auch die Tischweine haben sich merklich in der Qualität gebessert. Fazit, wir, eine Tennismannschaft werden auch gerne zum 10. Mal wiederkommen.
