L hotel est plaisant et agreable. Un gros bemol pour la nourriture la qualite n est pas au rdv et tres peu varié. L espace jeu et plage pourrait etre mieux entretenu. Voir nettoyé. 11) LES CHAMBRES pour une famille de 4 personnes elles ne sont pas assez spacieuse mais correcte. 2) COTE ANIMATION c'est une catastrophe pas assez d'animateur pour un club prévu pour 800 personnes un seul point positif l'animatrice du mini club (papillon) qui s'occupe très bien de vos enfants 3) AMBIANCE :les musiques sont repetitive et trop forte le matin comme le soir. j'ai eu beau aller voir l'animateur pour lui dire qu il fallait varié les genres et surtout ne pas la mettre trop forte dès le matin autour de la piscine. C'est comme ci je pissais dans un violon. 4) LA NOURRITURE au première abord il y a de tout mais très vite vous vous rendez compte que la qualité des fruits et des legumes n'est pas du tout respecter c'est fade et au bout du séjours votre estomac dépose le bilan. 5) LE SPA je vous deconseille d'y mettre les pieds pas du tout professionnel quelque soit la masseuse il faut qu'elle arrête le métier. 6)EMPLACEMENT: vous êtes loin de tout mais bon j'ai envie de dire tous les hôtels c'est pareil. 7)LE PERSONNEL DE CHAMBRE très très gentil et serviable en tout point un grand bravo à MOURAD qui fait plus que bien sont travail. Les gens de la réception sont très accueillant également. 8) LA PISCINE elle est gelée tous les matins c'était un challenge que ce soit ma famille ou les autres de rentrer un pied sans faire ahhhhhh Pour info j'ai compris dès le premier jours qu'il fallait se lever à 7h du mat et faire comme les autres pour avoir des transats bien placé car

J'ai réservé 3 nuits, suite à l'avis d'une collègue tunisienne. Dès le 1er repas, je savais que je ne voulais rester : les personnes bruyantes qui se servent énormément et laissent des assiettes remplies sur les tables. Difficile de trouver des couverts propres. Nappes tâchées. Pas de verres... J'ai demandé un lit double... devinez... soit je dormais dans le trou, soit seule, séparée de mon conjoint. Bref, nous avons laissé une 2ème journée passée mais nous sommes partis au Radisson Blue. Rien à voir.

Accueil agréable et chaleureux , un peu froid en hiver dans les chambres mais une solution à vite été trouver , service restauration au top mais nourriture peu varié , la réception également très sympa et serviable . Ménage expéditif mais réactif quand quelque chose ne vas pas ! Animation enfants période peu propice ( peu d enfants ) mais font au mieux pour que tout le monde s amusent . En général tout le monde étaient sympa agréable mais nous ne sommes pas venus au bon moment pour l animation , restauration je pense !
